Renewable Lubricants Bio-Ultimax 1200LT Hydraulic Fluids
Bio-Ultimax 1200LT hydraulic fluids from Renewable Lubricants are environmentally friendly, biosynthetic formulas that provide outstanding reliability in low-temperature conditions. These ultimately biodegradable fluids help users avoid the nagging problems of winter, including slow startup, sluggish performance, seal leaks and moisture contamination. Bio-Ultimax 1200LT outperforms mineral oil-based options, maintaining cold temperature pumpability down to -40°F with a pour point as low as -76°F.. It gives exceptional oxidation resistance, anti-wear properties, and compatibility with high-pressure systems while offering users an environmentally responsible choice. Available in ISO grades 5, 10, 15, 22, 32, and 46, Bio-Ultimax 1200LT Hydraulic Fluids offer the flexibility to meet various viscosity requirements, including SAE 0W20 and 0W30 equivalents. It is ideal for use in snow grooming equipment, snow plows, construction equipment, waste management vehicles, industrial machinery, marine deck equipment used in frigid conditions, and other hydraulic systems operating in cold environments.
Formulated for both high and low-pressure systems in hydraulic vane, piston, and gear-type pumps, Bio-Ultimax 1200LT has a super high viscosity index that exceeds traditional synthetics, naturally improving thermal shear stability and increasing load capacity without sacrificing results. Zinc-free, non-toxic formulations are highly resistant to moisture and rust in both fresh and sea water, passing both A and B Sequences of the ASTM D-665 turbine oil rust test. Their enhanced seal conditioning properties reduce oil leakage and extend seal life, while advanced oxidation resistance ensures longer fluid effectiveness and reduced maintenance. Bio-Ultimax 1200LT hydraulic fluids ISO grades 15 and 22 meet or exceed SAE 0W specifications and function dependably in extreme low-temperature conditions.
