Strauss Launches $10,000 Small Business Contest For Trades
Small businesses working in hands-on industries (like logging and log trucking) have a chance to put some extra money toward their operations this fall through a new nationwide contest from workwear manufacturer Strauss.
Engelbert Strauss, Inc., the official workwear partner of Major and Minor League Baseball, has launched its Strauss Trades Business Booster, which will award one U.S. small business a $10,000 business grant along with two tickets to Game One of the 2026 MLB World Series presented by Capital One.
Three additional finalists will each receive two tickets to a 2026 MLB Postseason game.
The contest is open to eligible businesses working in skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, logistics, field services, warehousing and other hands-on industries—meaning logging contractors and most of the small businesses serving the forest products industry are eligible!
